Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21 1982. Maggie Grace is an American actor best known for her character Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV show Lost. After the divorce of her parents the actress left Worthington Ohio in order to settle in Los Angeles. Although she was struggling financially, her 2001 debut was acting as Rachel's Room's primary character. After earning an Young Artist Award in 2002 for her portrayal as Murder on the streets of Greenwich of 15 year aged Martha Moxley as a murder victim, she went on to win. Grace Rutherford played Shannon Rutherford for Lost's first two seasons of 2004 and was awarded with her a Screen Actors Guild Award (with the rest of the cast) alongside her. After leaving the show, Grace would like to be more prominently in film having been cast as the opposite of Tom Welling in The Fog in 2005. She also starred as a character in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club as well as, alongside the Liam Neeson character Kim Mills as Kim Mills in Taken. She played the same role as Kim Mills in Taken 2 and Taken 3 (both in 2012). Grace played the role of Shannon for two additional episodes of Lost including the series finale. In 2013, Grace appears in Californianation, the sixth Season. She plays Faith who is both the star-gazer and a groupie. Hank Moody, played by David Duchovny, falls for her. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. Part of the Gyllenhaal family she is the child of filmmakers Stephen Gyllenhaal and Naomi Achs as well as the elder sister of actor Jake Gyllenhaal. When she was a teenager her career began as a small part-time actress for her father. She also appeared in Donnie Darko along with her brother. She then appeared in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and Mona Lisa Smile (both 2002). Gyllenhaal was nominated to win a Golden Globe Award in both the romantic comedy Sherrybaby (2005) and in the romantic comedy Secretary (2002). The two films were critically acclaimed. In the wake of several successful commercial films such as World Trade Center in 2006 she gained greater recognition when she played Rachel Dawes (the superhero) in The Dark Knight (2007). In 2009, she was recognized as the best supporting Actress at the Academy Awards for her role of a single mother as she appeared in Crazy Heart. Then she played in comedies and dramas which included Nanny McPhee's Big Bang (2010) Hysteria 2011 and Won't Back Down 2012 The actress also was the role of a Secret Service Agent in White House Down, an action thriller that was released in 2013. She also played as well as a singer on the set of Frank (2014) as well as her role as the main character in The Kindergarten Teacher, a drama released in 2018. The debut of Gyllenhaal as a writer and director took place in 2021, with The Lost Daughter, a psychological drama for which she received an award at the Venice International Film Festival Best Screenplay Award. The film also received the Academy Award nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay.
